Excuse me, I ve made an upgrade with Payeer, status is OK, but it pass not on my upgrade. My last upgrade with Perfect Money was instantly, but with Payeer, I have the same problem. please be assure that it will be done manually .. we have to do this because we are refunding to those cheater creating multiple account and upgrading 1 main account .. that why in payeer we are doing manually .. even with cheat we are refunding their money .. don't worry ...
